As a luxury marketplace, NETDRESSED does not stock any items in inventory.  We partner with a vetted network of luxury boutiques and brands from whom your items will be dispatched.  When an order consists of multiple items from different vendors, you will receive your items in partial shipments from different locations.  You will only be charged a single delivery rate for the entire order.  This is NETDRESSED’ s One Rate Shipping promise.  


Taxes, Customs, and Duties

All items under $800 are shipped to the USA free of customs and duties.  A duty ranging between 5-8% is levied by US customs on orders above the $800 threshold.  Payment of such duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.  These are collected by the courier prior to delivery.  These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control.  The above rates are estimates only. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.


Shipping Policy

Upon completing your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your address on file. This e-mail will serve as an invoice and includes your order number.  For items available in stock, a standard processing time of up three (3) business days is required before your order is shipped.  Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GMT+1) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 9:00 AM (GMT+1).  During peak periods, processing times may exceed 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

Please note that delivery windows are only an indication of the production and fulfillment timeframes as specified by our partner brands.  Delays may occur in instances where our retail and brand partners are unable to dispatch products in the allocated timeframes.  NETDRESSED will not be held liable for such delays, and you will be notified with the new estimated dispatch dates.


Processing Time:  All items in stock

Items already available in stock will be dispatched in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.  During sales or special promotions, processing may take longer.

Processing Times:  Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Certain items are available for future deliveries (pre-orders.)  These are not available in stock and will require between 10 to 45 days to produce.  Other items may be specially cut for you (special orders.)  For all pre-order and special-order items, please refer to the delivery window in the product description page under the ‘Shipping’ section.  Pre-order and special order items will be shipped as soon as they have been received in our warehouse.  Payment for the pre-order item(s) will be deducted in full on the same day the order is placed, despite the extended processing time.  NETDRESSED may request the bank or PayPal to double-check the transaction and the account information. This process may cause delays in shipment.

NETDRESSED cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond NETDRESSED’s control.
