All orders under $800 are shipped to the USA free of customs and duties. A duty ranging between 5-8% is levied by US customs on orders above the $800 threshold. Payment of such duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. These are collected by the courier prior to delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control. The above rates are estimates only. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns with pick-up on all in-stock and Pre-Order purchases that are in compliance with our return policy and time frames below. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns on any items listed as "Final Sale" on the product page or on “Special Order” items.
You have 7 days to request a return authorization from the date your product arrives and 14 days from the day the product arrives to you to ensure that the item(s) are received by the retail or brand partner from whom they were shipped. Please keep in mind that most of our brand and retail partners are located in Europe. It is your responsibility to request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your items and to ensure that returned merchandise is received within 14 days of being received by you.
To Return an Item
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise to initiate a return. To initiate a return please contact us at email@example.com or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a return airway bill. Please get in touch with the courier (DHL/FEDEX) for a free pick-up at a convenient time. Please attach the provided airway bill to your package and contact the courier to schedule a complimentary pick-up. Please leave the box open until DHL/FEDEX arrives to pick it up and possibly inspect the content. Kindly keep a copy of any documents that DHL/FEDEX provides.
To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- Item(s) must be received by us our retail or brand partners within 14 days of delivery to you.
- The package must include the return label and packing slip that will be provided by Netdressed when you complete the Return Request by submitting our return form.
- Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no make-up stains, no excessive perfume or perfume stains, no sole wear or debris (for shoes)
- Item(s) must be in original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- Item(s) must be returned with the hang tags, security tags, and packaging in their original condition.
- Make sure to only include the item(s) to be returned in your shipping box. When requesting a return, please ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by NETDRESSED. We reserve the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.
Footwear: when trying on footwear for the first time, we ask that clean socks to be worn. Please make sure to test the footwear on a carpeted surface, so as not to damage the soles. The dust bag and/or shoe box must be returned alongside the footwear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the shoe box inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Intimate apparel and swimwear: must be returned unworn, and with the original hygienic protection sticker still intact. This applies to lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, etc.
Apparel: all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.
Self-care products (fragrances, face, body, hair, make-up): must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.
Damaged/defective items: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue.
Returns outside the timeframe specified may be accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as NETDRESSED credit to your account.
YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF
You fail to pay any applicable customs charges to DHL prior to the delivery attempt, fail to sign the delivery confirmation slip, if someone else other than you or a person authorized by you signs the delivery confirmation slip, if you fail to retrieve a package from the courier’s warehouse in the event of a failed delivery in a timely manner, or if you live in a location where multiple packages are delivered to a shared area and a package is stolen after delivery.
Return Evaluation Process
The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the returned package by our retail or brand partner. We can only accept returns from the original address to which your purchase was dispatched. Once we process your return, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item(s). Please note we may request you to send us photographs of any item(s) that are deemed damaged or defective.
If your return request is not approved by us for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email. You will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you at your expense. If you elect to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs and send the item(s) to you after you have paid for the return shipping costs.
If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your return request was not approved or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will dispose of the item(s) at our reasonable discretion. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our brand or retail partner, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding delivery shipping fees. A $25 flat restocking fee will be charged. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days to issue a refund after the return evaluation process above. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note that customs duties are nonrefundable through Netdressed. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly. This option may not be applicable in all countries, so we recommend that you hire a customs broker to determine whether you can apply for a refund for customs fees related to your return.
Cancelling an Order
Please note that once your order is processed we are unable to cancel it. Processing times may extend the duration period offered as an estimate on our site. If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to do so.
NETDRESSED does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact us.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or canceling future orders.
NETDRESSED reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.
